My husband and I are both in the military and coming from South Carolina to Washington. I am also pregnant so in March my work days get cut down. Since January, we have been trying to get our other vehicle up here to accomodate for this change in my schedule. So I started with American Auto Relocations and they promised me a set pickup date...3 Jan 05. Needless to say they couldn't hold up to their end of the bargain so I had contacted Joe (AAA Automovers) with our situation and he guarenteed me our vehicle would be set for pickup a week later. Well of course I was happy with what they had to promise me and I went with them. Since I placed my order and they took my 175.00 deposit it has been 4 weeks and yet still no phone call. I have continuously called to see the situation of my order and no response. The only thing they respond to is an email which is preset to respond to anything you send. It says "we are working hard to place your order and you should be contacted shortly". Yet 3 weeks after my first email....they will still refuse to return my calls. Now the only thing I want back is my 175.00 because I refuse to accept their business anymore. I would never recommend this company to anyone unless you don't care if you see your car for the next couple years. I might as well wait until we got to another base for as long as they are taking. Don't send your vehicles with AAA Automovers
