I was anxious when the first carrier did not pick the car as arranged. But as soon as I referred the problem back to customer service. They immediately provided me with another who picked it up on time and delivered as expected on the contract. The price is reasonable for a small car.Nothing was damaged or stolen. The transporter was friendly.

I do suggest that the company should put up contact person during the weekend which they dont have. especially when there are concerns on the weekend pick up.
