Taylor did a good job. A lady from Customer Service was rude and did not respond to me. She avoided me for three days. I contacted Taylor and wanted to escalate to higher management. He then connected me to Neil. Neil was as courteous as Taylor. What all needed from customer service was a fax of receipt... and for this, I dont think I should be put to a lot of inconvenience
