Once AA auto had my deposit they never answered any more email queries. I was told the auto would be picked up by 1/14/09 and I was given a contact at the shipping company. The auto was not picked up until 01/16/09. From then on the only people who responded were the transport company who were helpfull and honest. AA-Automovers did not follow through with what they had promised. Once they had my money the did nothing else to fullfill the promise. If the transport company they had assigned my auto to was unable to pickup within the promised time, AA-Automobvers should have found a transporter who could! That is why I used AA-Automovers, but never again.

On 1/9 Greg’s shipment was dispatched to his carrier for pickup 1/10-14, as contracted. He was notified by email and phone. On 1/13 (in response to his email to his sales associate) our customer service representative called him. She left a message for him, asked him to call her and left her phone extension in the message. She did not hear back from him. His pickup was delayed due to bad weather. He agreed when he signed our Terms to not hold us responsible for driver delays or acts of God. His delivery was on time. This certainly does not translate to Greg’s dramatic label of “no service” or “did nothing to fulfill the promise”. Our service was flawless and the carrier's pickup was delayed by Mother Nature, which did not delay his delivery.
