Tried to bump the price from 1000. to 1450.

I want everyone to know that I canceled the contract that I signed with AA Auto&Home Movers the next day. I placed an order for their quote of $1000.00 to move my 2006 2 wheel drive, regular cab, short bed 1500 Chevrolet Silverado from MI to AZ. All was well until the next morning when I got a call from Wendy stating that they had a glitch in their computer system and they did not have a Silverado listed in their database. They did however have Ford F-150's and Dodge Rams, but because of this glitch they would need to raise the price to 1600.00 + dollars. But, they would cut me a deal and only charge me 1400.00. I informed Wendy that I had reasonable quotes from other carriers and that I would appreciate them canceling the order. She informed me that they would and I moved onto another carrier. Got confirmation from the other carrier within 24 hours and paid $1050.00 for their service. I have no complaint about AA Auto&Home Movers, but I thought this experience was food for thought for other would-be customers. Would I contract with AA again? I think not! Happy Transporting to all.
