Poor customer service

I was given a quote and the reservations dept seemed great.

After I signed the paperwork they made no further efforts to contact me. I called a day before the end of my shipping window and they still had not found a shipper for me. At this point I left the vehicle in the care of a friend since I had to make my move west. The window for the contract to move came and went. I called numerous times to their customer service department and received a recorded message. I used thier online site to see about updates for my vehicle and was never replied to. Four days later I called the reservations department and had them transfer me to a live person in customer service; seems to be the only way to reach them. I was told that they were unable to find a shipper for my vehicle but could continue looking if I wanted them to.

Poor communications and empty promises will not win over many customers. A cross-country move is stressfull enough with out the added worry of car shipper who can't follow through on their contracts and makes no effort to keep the client informed of what is going on.
