I have to say I wish I had paid twice as much with another company than spent my money with such a disgusting, rude bunch of conartists. My experience started very smooth. I was emailed a quote. It sounded good. I called and spoke with Paul. I asked him very specific questions and even repeated some just to make sure I had all my facts straight. I was told SPECIFICALLY by Paul Baldwin that the price he charged me would not change. The date I requested would be honored without a doubt. I thought that answer was a little odd considering our country was in the middle of one of the worst snow storms of all time, but he was the expert right? So I went ahead and made my deposit. That is when everything changed. All of the sudden he had no idea when someone could pick up my car. He was rude, beligerant, and even hung up on me. He talked to me as if I were a child. It was disgusting. Of course my first reaction was to get my deposit back and move on. That is when I was told that there were no refunds on deposits. When I stated that they were not honoring the date of my signed contract, I told to read the terms. Over and over again, "read the terms." Apparantly these folks pride themselves in trapping people. It makes me sick. After Paul told me that he basically could not do anything for me, but keep my deposit and tell me to shove off. A little while later, a woman from the same company called and said she had a driver. I thought, finally we're making progress. Then, she says it's going to cost hundreds of dollars more than my signed contract!!! What??? I tell her this. again it's, "read your terms." i then demanded my money back, but got nowhere. Please, do not do business with this company. Let's encourage this type of behavior. Let's do business with the companies who are honest, straight forward individuals.
