This was the first time I was ever shipping a car: This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. This company should be called "Con Artist Transporters" or perhaps " "Scammers: Paul and Lisa". My story is similar to the stories that have been posted for review. Basically I was quoted a price of $599 to ship my car from MD to CA. I was charged a deposit fee upfront and it was paid a month and a half ahead of time with a guarntee that my car will be picked up and delivered at a certain time. A week before and the week that my car was to be picked up I began to get the run around by this company along with several times of being hung up on with several questions unanswered. I was told that I could not get a refund. I then called my credit servces to dispute this amount. In a nutshell, this company provides you with the illusion that they provide you with the cheapest most affordable quotes which is true but what they do not explain to you is that its a price that wont get your car picked up by any driver along with bad service. The saying is true: "you get what you pay for" because this was by far the most unreasonable, most unrelaible , most rude customer service I have ever experienced. The people who work here( Paul is a *sshole/Tool and his assisant Lisa is just as much a liar as he is.) Run away fast if you get a quote from this company. I would suggest you go with Cascade Vehicle Shipping and ask for Malia.

DESPITE THE BLIZZARD WEATHER CONDITIONS ON THE EAST COAST, AND THE CRAZY AMOUNT OF SNOW STORMS AND THE SINGLE DIGIT FREEZING TEMPERATURE, THIS CAR WAS DISPATCHED AND THE CUSTOMER WAS NOT READY AND REFUSED THE DRIVER AND THE TRUCK. AS A COURTESY, WE RE-DISPATCHED THIS CAR AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THIS CUSTOMER. WE CALLED THE CUSTOMER 11 TIMES AND LEFT 11 MESSAGES, AND THIS CUSTOMER NEVER CALLED BACK. THE TRUCK COULD NOT WAIT ANY LONGER AND MOVED ON. THIS CUSTOMER DOUBLE BOOKED WITH CASCADE, PAID AN ADDITIONAL $ 400 OVER OUR PRICE AND IS NOW A SPOKESMAN FOR CASCADE...DUH !!!!!!! WITH THIS CASCADE ADVERTISEMENT, SOUNDS LIKE A BROKER FROM THEIR COMPANY WROTE IT! DUH!! DUH !!
