Horrible Experience! look up rating on BBB

I paid this company $199 for a deposit to pick my car up on Oct 30th my car was ready to be picked up on Nov 9th. Today is Nov 24th. They told me it takes 1-3 business days max. After a week I still had no info, courtesy phone call or anything to explain the delay. When we called Bambi Sweet and Paul Baldwin they were very unprofessional. Last night the 23rd of Nov about 4:00 PST (they are located in California) my wife called and got Paul. He answered the phone "hello" and my wife told him who she was and was trying to follow up on our order. He said he is not taking calls right now and hung up on her. This morning I called and spoke with Bambi and told her what happened and she explained it wasn't her problem. I said that was fine just refund my money. At this point she said she did not have to do that, she would cancel the order but stated "I should feel lucky if she refunds any of my money" I explained to her at this point that was not accurate this was stealing due to no services rendered and it was illegal. She then started screaming in the phone "I dont care, good luck to you" then hung up the phone. So I tried to call back numerous times with no avail. I then filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I also noticed this was not the first time they have had a complaint by any means. Their current grade in an F by the BBB. I called my credit card company they are starting legal proceedings for services not rendered. What I have not been able to do is explain any of this to this company because they refuse to answer the phone. I am currently seeking assistance through base legal ( I am a service member) this was a present for my wife before I deployed but she will get it after I leave now. I dont want to see anyone else have to endure this with this company. Please research this company on here and the Better Business Bureau. The facts will not lie.... HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF NOT MATTER HOW KIND YOU ARE, WHAT YOU DO OR WHAT YOU SAY PEOPLE CAN BE DISHONEST AND JUST LIE. AS MANY TIMES AS WE SPOKE TO BOTH THIS HUSBAND AND WIFE TEAM THEY WANTED THEIR CAR PICKED UP ON THANKSGIVING WEEKEND. IT WAS NOT READY ON NOVEMBER 9TH,- -THE DEALERSHIP WOULD NOT RELEASE THE CAR UNTIL NOV. 24, 2 DAYS BEFORE THANKSGIVING. DRIVERS ARE PEOPLE TOO, AND LIKE TO SPEND TIME WITH THEIR FAMILIES AND TAKE A FEW DAYS OFF. THESE HUSBAND WIFE DUO DIDN'T WANT TO HEAR IT, FURTHER THEY WERE GIVEN A FULL REFUND!! AS FOR OUR RATING WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, EVEN FAKE COMPLAINTS ARE RECORDED AGAINST US, EVEN WHEN A FULL REFUND IS GIVEN, SO PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND, WE SHIP OVER 150 CARS A WEEK, AND HAVE A VERY SMALL COMPLAINT RATIO AS WE STRIVE TO MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY, BUT WHEN YOU DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC IT IS NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE.
