I've got them figured out

I won't go into details how horrible my experience with this "company" was, but it was, in summary, similar to what other reviews have testified: extremely rude customer service, expected more than quoted price to deliver vehicle, charged a deposit fee up front (with no chances of being refunded), and never delivered the vehicle. Instead I will advise whoever reads this to look for anomalous signs and watch out for scammers like this one.

Go with brokers that WILL NOT charge you a fee until your vehicle is picked up. An example of an honest company like that (which I had used to ship my vehicle from CA to MD, and was very satisfied after my horrible experience with this one) is called Auto Trans, Inc (www.easyautoshipping.com). Ask to talk to a gentleman named Adrian, and he will help you out every step of the way while being very patient and courteous, unlike the *sshole Paul and *itchy Lisa from this broker. And I must mention they have very competitive rates and was actually cheaper than this broker if I had just found out about them sooner.

If you can go straight to a carrier, then go ahead because they deal directly with you and not with brokers so you can schedule a date when they will come and pick up your vehicle. Watch out for companies who charge you a fee up front before they get your vehicle picked up because then you'll be at their mercy. Don't panic about not being able to find cheap deals and blindly go with the lowest quote. I made a mistake by going with this broker's lowest quote, and ended up losing $200 fee and one week of time and my vehicle wasn't even delivered!

Basically, this company (if you can call it a company) consists of two scam artists ripping other people off. They would solicit for your service by bidding one of the lowest quotes around, hooking you to contact them. When you contact them, observe their customer service. It's extremely rude and condescending, and you might get lured into doing business with them because of their cheap quotes. They will ask you to deposit a fee up front and promise you a very short pickup and delivery date. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THIS. Most likely they will contact you back asking for more money for your vehicle to be shipped. Now that they've got your deposit fee, they don't really care about the fate of your vehicle anymore, so they will act like complete *ssholes to you without any remorse. You will be told that your money is non-refundable, will get very frustrated dealing with them, and will cancel (or they will cancel) your order. That's how they do their business and survive. I just hope karma will catch up to them...very soon. Also, note the design of their website. It's very poor in quality with tons of misspelled words and poor grammar. This should be an indicative flag that this company is not respectable and trustworthy.

Bottomline is take your time to do research before you sign on. Read the reviews on here. Also, don't be fooled by the good reviews on the behalf of this company. If you look carefully, all good reviews are fake. And trust me all bad reviews are real because I have experienced every single complaint on here about this company.

Goodluck and don't let this Paul guy push you around.

This was another broker posting on our site. It is obvious by the advertisement of his website and the person to call to place an order. Read it carefully, does this sound like a customer or a broker? Further, the quote # is listed as irrelevant, which is a tip off. Transport Reviews allows brokers to post negative reviews about other brokers and post pretending to act as a customer on a regular basis. They will not remove this even though they know this is not a customer. Read it, it is a broker.
