How this company is allowed to continue it's shady business practices is beyond me!
After being told that my price had jumped 300.00, I read the reviews on this company. My experience is the same as the other complaints. Rude people, lack of communication, and flat out deception. Paul Baldwin has no business answering the phone. He is a very abrasive individual. From the first time I spoke with him on the phone, I did not like him. I stayed polite because I thought they were saving me some money. I called two days before my "pick-up date". I told Paul that I was getting a little irritated with how long things were taking. He proceeded to give me a tongue lashing, told me I was ungrateful, and got personal with his attacks. He would not let me get a word in. Very hung up on the word "irritated". He then brushed me off and handed the phone to Lisa. The very next day I had a message from Lisa saying they had found a truck, but the price was 300.00 more than the original quote. She acted as if she could not understand why I was upset. I called them this morning. They (Lisa and Paul) hung up on me. They informed me my order was cancelled. I now have the credit card company working to get my deposit back. I will file complaints elsewhere, not so much to be vindictive, but to hopefully save anyone from going through this mess. If you think my experience with this company is unique, read the other reviews. That is why I say "business as usual!" CONSUMER BEWARE!!!

It is hard to please everyone, although we do strive to; this customer had an unusual move going to a remote part of CO during the peak time of year. Despite locating a truck at the quoted price, this customer decided to fly out and drive as he wanted car quicker than truck was anticipated to deliver to him.
