This persons (If they can be called persons) are brokers and they will sell the contract to other drivers they can find. Lisa was very nice at the beginning and we set a pick up date and delivery date and I PAID the $99.00 deposit. She called back requesting more money to rush the process. Thank goodness I refused to pay more money. I tried to contact them several times to ask more questions and they never returned any calls. The pick up day arrived and the driver that Lisa was supposed to find for me never called me. I called and left several messages, Lisa finally answered one of my calls and I asked her what was going on? She said did not know and that she was going to try to find another driver, but three days after today. I told her that three days from now was too late and reminded her about the dates we set of arrival and that I had to rent a car. So I decided to cancel their sevices and asked her to return my $99.00. And.... guest what?... she went off... Lisa yelled at me, and put another male on the phone (I pressume he was Paul Baldwin) and he told me that I was "Bull Shit", stupid and that the car would be getting delivered whenever... I asked him to let me talk (because they won't let you talk) and he kept saying "No, you are not to talk. You are bull shit" I asked him to cancel and return my money, but he hung up!!!!!

I wish I would have read these comments before I contacted them.

This man's car was dispatched twice. First truck he told us, would arrive the day before he arrived so we found another carrier that would take it to him the day after he arrived. He wanted a guaranteed date for delivery so he would not have to rent a car!!! He did not want to be without the car on the pick up end. Flexibilty is the key to shipping as carriers have 9 customers to coordinate with.
