We placed an order in May 17th for a 1st available pick up date July 16, 2012. Along with this order we made a deposit of $299.00. They were very nice at that time. I called and reminded them ahead for a timely pick-up so that the car is delivered to my daughter . Call were not returned on a timely fashion. When they returned the call they said they will schedule for a pick up July 19th and they changed it to Friday July 20th, and then again for July 21st. No one called or confirmed the actual pick up time. They wasted my time. I got a call on Monday, July 23rd from someone named Alex who said that he can arrange for a pick up within two days he said that it will cost me $800.00 over and beyond my deposit of $299.00. This will bring the total cost to $1099.00. I told him that I started looking for other carriers with 5 Star rating who are willing to do the transport $725.00 to $845.00 (all inclusive). I told him to refund my money. He said there will be no refund.

If they had provided a timely service at the market rate, my daughter would not be without a car over a week. She went through lot of inconvenience. She had a rent car for this period.

What a rip-off and a poor/rude service. I felt like was taken for a ride. I coun't trust these people. I finally went with a five star rated company and pick-up is scheduled for tomorrow for all inclusive $800.00 (Including $100.00 broker fee).

I do not recommend this carrier to anyone who wants timely curteous service and not willing to pay above the market rates. I really find them dishonest as they low balled the pricing as a bait.

I do expect a full refund. I am willing to pay $100.00 or $150.00 max the ongong brokerage market fee rates. They need to refund me $199.00. This I believe is fair.

We are always disappointed when a customer can't be satisfied, however with each customer we try our best to get them the date they request, and the best possible price. Our strong work ethic and honesty has allowed us to make most customer experiences pleasant. However, when customers are not flexible, and do not understand the shipping process, things may not go the way they want. Firstly, we don't schedule the date, as Ashim states. We ask for first date available and do our best to get a carrier for that date or as close to it as possible. We all use same drivers and same trucks, and in the end, when Ashim cancelled, he basically used the same carrier to transport his car with another broker; at the same price, so not clear on what he is so upset about. He fails to mention that he had to have the car picked up on a certain day, wanted it get to TX there almost immediately which is unrealistic.
