After many different quotes we decided to go with this one. It was a flat rate, and the girl I booked with was very good at making me feel comfortable. We book the job June 21, a month out, and was confident they would do their job. We put down a security of $598.00

Got nervous when the day came that someone was to call about the job, July 13th came and went with out a call, and called them the next Monday. I was told by some guy that I was too nervous, and that they would call, and got hung up on. I still did not receive any call, by today, Wednesday, and we are to be out of the house by Saturday morning.
I called yet again, and wanted to speak to Lisa who calmed me down the day before saying she was getting someone and she would call me right back (but never did). I got her and she again said she would call again.

She did not. The rude man called and told me that I messed up and booked with another company so now the price has gone up. We never booked with another company. Progressive, or something like that kept calling me to tell me that AA was a scam, and that I needed to go with them. I related that to the rude man, who then told me too bad, it was my fault and that the new price was 2000.00 on top of what we put down. I gave the phone to my husband, who was then called an idiot by this man. My husband lost it, and told him where to stick it. The man hung up.
I warn anyone! Do not use these scam artists!

'Got Nervous' does not do justice to describe Amy Hommen. She not only booked her cars with us, she also booked with two other transporters as well. We kindly tried to explain to her, while we have secured a carrier to pick up her truck and SUV, the carrier is reluctant and skeptical to schedule 2 spaces on his load, since two other brokers are actively trying to move her vehicles as well. Carriers do not want to get to the pick up location, only to find another transporter has beaten them to it, after they spend their time, fuel, and effort in unbearable summer heat and traffic for a "maybe" customer; who is waiting for a better deal to come along from another broker. We had a carrier to pick up both cars but Hommen did not want the carrier. She was baited, hook , line and sinker with Progressive as well as another fly by night company promising the world. What makes no sense is why the Hommen were so easily fooled by brokers that were poaching her! Frankly, we feel the scam artist is non other than Amy Hommen herself! Expecting a carrier to come at her whim, while she has obviously made arrangements with 2 other companies. While shipping and moving is stressful in general, customers that play games with us and our carriers should realize they are only hurting themselves.
