I'm an auto broker and was looking for another shipping company to use, I did a search for auto transport quotes and AAA All*Star Discount Auto Transporter had sent me the lowest estimate, I even talked to Paul Baldwin on the phone he was really nice and I told him I would bring him repeat business, I went ahead and gave him my credit card number for deposit, wish i had done a BBB check before paying the report said F Rating and what they aren't clear about with giving you the quote of $399 when you give them $249 deposit that is for their fee only...it does not go toward the shipping price, then the shipping quote changes after you paid the deposit from $399 to $799 on JJ tracker, I didn't wait 5 days, I went to the bank and opened a merchant dispute, they had my deposit money back ASAP they couldn't make contact with Paul, I closed the card and opened a new one this is a tip for anyone that find them self's in the same situation I do have the dispute conclusion letter to show as proof and e-mail quote etc. 10/27 is when it was opened and finally closed 1/28 90 days to finally close it out 100%

I found a company that did the shipping for $275 total saved money in the end and learned a lesson at the same time do a google search before hiring any carrier/ shipping broker. they lost a customer I'm always buying cars from auctions to have them shipped I have 3 honest carriers with no deposit's needed just pay the driver cash when he arrives.

Not exactly sure what problem with Eddie is? We had a driver at quoted price, who tried for several days to schedule pick up. Eddie never returned calls to us or to the driver???? But is angry at us...for trying to ship his car, the job he hired us to do! Obviously we deal with all sorts of personalities, but as Eddie states, we sound nice, because we are nice!!! we do a great job, when a customer is honest and not playing games and double booking!!!
