Ridiculous waste of time, wish I checked here first

Scheduled on Dec 11 to have a car shipped today, Jan 10. Have stayed home and waited all day for the pick-up. No call, no email. Called and emailed them, yesterday and today, referencing the Move/Order #. How ironic, the truck broke down. They provided multiple assurances that they would get right back to me. Nobody over there did, not even the manager. I had paid for a cashier's check to provide at conclusion of transport, and gave them a credit card for deposit. I'm most disappointed in David for not responding. He had seemed like someone to be trusted. How wrong I was.....SERIOUSLY, TRY ANY OTHER COMPANY FIRST. They don't deserve your business.
(Price quoted originally was in the mid-range of quotes I received. Never negotiated it - just accepted it as fair. During one of my calls, Wendy said that I was "quoted low". I guess this is part of their game.)
