I also did a lot of research before deciding to go with A1 transport. Even though A1 is considered a broker I received the best deal from them. I tried to deal directly with other companies but the prices were much higher. At first A1 gave me a reasonable quote, but I hesitated at first not knowing who to chose. Then A1 sent me an even better online quote and I jumped at that rate. The one thing I liked was that A1 is so easy to contact whether done by phone or the internet. They were really helpful, considerate and professional. I especially want to thank Jennifer in customer service. She was great to work with. What a great company. My 1992 Camaro was purchased Aug. 14th. A1 arranged for and had it picked up on Aug.17th. I received the car undamaged on Aug. 21st. I had my car in 4 days. I hadn't expected the car to be picked up until Aug. 20th based on other company projections. Some told me it would take up to 2 weeks to get the car.
A1 was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend A1 for anyone needing to move a car. Even with the $150 deposit, I saved $300+ dollars. I definately would use A1 Transport again. Thanks A1
