Jon from A-1 was great. If I called to question anything he would get right back to me. However, the actual carrier I was not happy with. He picked up my vehicle and did not hear from him till I tried to contact him and was told the vehicle broke down in Indiana, after 4 days wait. He said he would get back to me but never did. I contacted Jon at A-1 and he helped me. I just don't understand why people can't contact you when there is a problem.
