Worst Experience Ever

I certainly wish I had read these reviews prior to contacting a1. They were quick to call me back and hound me with spam on a weekly basis. Also very quick to take my money.

When I first contacted them I asked for my car by 12/17 or 12/24 at the leatest. They arranged and picked up my car promptly at the begining of December. 12/17 and 12/24 came and went and I spent more money on a rental car.... Tracking system is bogus I couldn't get it to work until I contacted them. I was upset but was assured my car would be here by 12/31.... Days before I was expecting delivery I recieved a call from them, simply saying "Sorry, we shipped the wrong car...." and the promised it out on the next truck leaving Friday (new years eve).

They lied about that as well. Only a day or two after I sent an email complaining I recieved a call saying my car was on the truck out Tuesday night.... Absolutely no symapthy or an offer for the slightest compensation money wise. Now they are saying I will get my car between 1/11 and 1/17. Another $150 for a car rental. I have spent $750 on car rental because of their bogus promises. I am very nervous to see the condition my car will arrive in... Needless to say I will be filing as many complaints with as many agencies and services as I can. Worst consumer experience I have ever had....
