Total bust. After making reservation and paying in full, the chase was on!...me chasing them. Placed order 5 days prior, (no problem she said) 66 Caprice from PA to NV. no contact for 3 days..chased saleman down again and she said that hmmm...can't find your order, (translation: I forgot to enter it) People in PA were called by A1, (after they called them numerous times and forever on hold) saying that the driver, (Saleman said they were a trucking company, not brokers...partially true, they outsource feeder trucks to transport to thier hubs..ewwww) couldn't get anyone to answer phone, (this is phone magic...company can call the number but transport dude couldn't). Car was not picked up...I..REPEAT I called A1 3 days after the NLT date...can't find saleman...again. Got customer service rep, (no manager or supervisor to be found) and essentially recieved my dose of attitude for the day, ie..these things happen, life happens, the world turns etc. RESULT: Cancel my order. Real waste of time Phil
