We prepared the car for pickup a few days before the actual day scheduled. We were aware that there might have been a few days before the car would be pick up and so we waited those 5 days and still was not sure who or when might be picking up the car. We were later informed that the first driver scheduled to pick up the car was fired and had a replacement driver scheduled to come by and pick the car up the next day. That carrier did show up on time and the lady who helped us on the phone was sympathetic to our situation. The price they quoted me was pretty fair.
