I had called the BBB and they did not have very kind things to say. I went ahead and got an online quote from their website and Mike contacted me the same day. I found him to be knowledgeable and courteous. He answered my questions and did not pressure me. He explained how the service works, typical delivery times, payment terms, and the difference between brokers and transporters. I asked him about the BBB rating and he was very candid. He explained that they moved over 12,000 cars last year (122 complaints). Moving so many cars there is bound to be some damage. I did more research (pricing mainly) and found the quote Mike gave me to be the best rate. I booked the door to door service. Everything went just like they said. I got a call the day before the scheduled pick up (they picked it up on time) and my mom got the same call before they delivered the car. No damage and the car was there in 9 days (they said 7-14 avg). I can only speak for myself...GREAT MOVE! I would recommend the service to any who ask...
