AVOID THIS COMPANY.

After being promised pickup in 7-10 days, I've been waiting 3 weeks for my car to be picked up and getting the total runaround!!!! I just cancelled after being lied one too many times.

Since they charged my card in advance, now i have to deal with getting a credit which they say takes 7-30 days which is also unacceptable since it should only take 7-10 business days max to show up on your card if they put it through right away.

They sound very friendly and professional on the surface, but they don't come through on their promises!
