A-1 needs to get it together

Hi,

I'm just writing to stress my concern with A-1 Auto. I hope this reaches most consumers before they use A-1 Auto. I set up a appointment on 6/15 to drop off a car I purchased on ebay on 6/21 at a terminal outside of Nashville. They informed me that it would take 7-10 days to get my car. 1st the peolpe at the drop off center never had any knowledge of the order. 2nd my car sat at the terminal for 4 days without any contact from A-1 to the terminal. I happen to call them and they informed me that they never ordered a driver to pick up my car.

I started to investigate the company and found only negative reviews on the company. I also found that they are in bad standings with the Better Business Bureau with 122 complaints. I immedaitedly tried to cancel and they put me on hold for about 20 mins. There customer service is the worst.

I finally canceled and had my car picked up by another company, Express Auto and had it delivered in 24 hours.

For those that are unfamilar with them, please do use them. I was not going to wait for my car for 28 days.
