Really Bad Experience

A-1 picked up the car on May 20th my mother finally received car June 12th. I called the company each day as I was tracking the car on line and it reached Wichita, then went on to OH and so on. The driver said he tried to call, but my number was disconnected (it's not, and he reached me at that number later) He said the company tried to e-mail me (they did not) and that I didn't respond and since nobody called about the car (I did every day for 10 days) he had to go on with his other deliveries. (why didn't he go to the location of the delivery - she was home the entire time)

What's funny is that a girl from A-1 is still leaving messages on my phone, saying that the car hasn't been shipped yet, it's at the terminal and do I still want to have it shipped. (I have since moved from the state and so has my mother, so we would certainly be screwed if that were true wouldn't we?)

Wow, complete incompetence is all I can say. The car did arrive, and the driver was friendly, so I guess that's a plus (however, that WAS my lowest expectation, which is all they met, and they struggled with that.

I would NEVER use this company again and would advise anyone not to use them either.
