After 40 days, STILL WAITING FOR MY CAR!!!

Found this site a liitle late, so I'm one of their latest unfortunate victim who is STILL WAITING FOR MY CAR. My story is quite different (I think), but surely going to the same frustration, anger and distress this company subject their customers to. I'm just wondering how can they continue their business this way? How many more people?

To keep this short, I contracted A-1 to deliver my car from Florida to my house in CA for which I paid you $1225.00. According to their website tracking my car arrived in Upland CA on 11 Sept. 2005, the webpage also indicated that they will contact me within 24 hrs. Nothing happened. After that, whenever I contacted them they gave me a delivery date- total 11 delivery dates as of today. Still no CAR!!!

When I called A-1 on October 10, 2005, I was told by Mark to pick up the car myself at the California terminal because they were no longer working with that terminal and that they were holding my car as hostage!!! So they want me to deal with their sub-contractor and their problems with them!!!

And about that A-1's "Unmatched Customer Support", I guess what they are trying to say is they operate with an UNMATHED LEVEL of incompetence, unprofessionalism, deceit and overall BS.

SO FOR YOUR SAKE AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
