On July 18th I reserved a space with Mark to have my 04 Passport shipped from Detroit to Los Angeles, California. Mark assured me that I would receive a follow up call from your customer service department within two days as well as a phone call two days before A-1 was to pick up my car to make arrangements to meet me and load my car. I did receive the calls exactly as promised as well as one from the driver the night before.

My car was delivered today and your driver (Sean?) was well kept and courteous. He gave me ample time to inspect my vehicle which was nice. The only thing that would have made getting my car better would have been to have it washed before dropping it off to me. The experience of shipping my car went well beyond what I expected and I just want to say thanks for treating your customers (me) so well. You can be assured that I will use A-1 again when my contract is up and it is time to return home.
