After a bad experience with one company and the truck never being picked up, I tried this one as Adam called frequently, well, at least until he had my deposit! After 3 weeks and still the vehicle was not picked up I began looking for another company. I emailed Adam and told him if I found someone else that I would be requesting a refund. He emailed back and told me that sounded reasonable. Well a few days later I found someone else and I emailed Adam to cancel my order. The very next day I received a confirmation email stating that I would have my refund in 1 to 7 business days. Yup, you guessed it, it's been almost 2 months and I STILL have not received the refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Adam has not responded to that either. And in reference to the business comment on this page about 80% of these reviews being other brokers, that is a LIE!! We are customers who have been scammed out of our deposit money, lied to, inconvenienced, and in some cases lost jobs because Adam did not get our vehicles transported as promised. I emailed Adam this morning with a final opportunity to return my deposit. If I do not have it within 2 business days from today, I will be meeting with an attorney friend who is interested in a class action suit against this company for fraud and theft. Because taking deposits, promising refunds, and never returning the money is THEFT! I have every email exchanged with Adam and on my cell is a record of every call. So anyone interested in joining this class action suit if our monies are not refunded ASAP, please feel free to send me a message. Let's put this scam artist out of business!
