We use transport all across the United States. We are aware of the issues that can arise. The people at A Z promised to pick up a new vehicle on a Friday, and deliver by Monday a.m. They did pick up the vehicle, then procceded to sit on it over the weekend. They did not even leave until Tuesday morning. After repeated phone calls, and being lied to about where the vehicle was, it was left at the customers gate at about 2 a.m on Wednesday. 5 1/2 days after pickup, to go 1,000 miles. We pay less to have it hauled on a flat bed. The windsheild was cracked, and the driver smoked in the NEW truck the whole way. It has to be completely detailed inside, and the windshield replaced. A Z will not return our calls. STAY AWAY from this company. If they had just told me up front they could not deliver, I would have had the customer come get the truck. No reason for this type of terrible service. No offers to help rectify the situation. UNACCEPTABLE!
