Driver was a day late to pick up my vehicle then the company dispatcher claimed that they had 'tried to reach me all day'. They accused me to be a liar and have insulted me. Horrible customer service. Not reliable!

Our company follows the same procedures for all of our customers. We call the customers 1 day in advance for pickup and delivery. Our driver also calls the customers 1 hour before arrival for pickup and delivery. We called this customer to let them know that we will be picking up the next day, but there was no answer. We left the customer a voicemail. We did not hear back to the customer until 2 days later. Luckily, my driver was still in the area and we were able to pick up the vehicle. Pickup dates are not exact, but estimated. That is why we have a 3-day window for pickup. Our drivers deliver and pickup 10 each trip. This is why it is difficult to give exact pickup and delivery dates.
