DAMAGED WHEN DELIVERED

I RECIEVED AT LEAST 3 CALLS A DAYS REGARDING THE PICK UP TIME & DAY. THIS WENT ON FOR DAYS. I WASHED THE CAR & LEFT IT IN THE DRIVEWAY FOR PICK UP.IT WASN'T PICKED UP TILL A WEEK LATER THEN THEN I WAS TOLD. MY MAIN COMPLAINT WAS THE DAMAGE TO THE ROOF, WHICH WERE 3 DENTS FROM WHERE I THINK IT WAS BOUNCING ON THE TRAILER. THE DAY JACK DROPPED IT OFF, HE CALLED ME 4 TIMES TO GET DIRECTIONS FROM THE EAST COAST OF FLORIDA. HE PAST ME ON THE WAY THERE & CALLED TO SAY I SHOULD MEET HIM IN A DARK PARKING LOT AT 8:30 PM. I HAD TO PAY HIM & SIGN THE BILL OF LADING BEFORE HE WOULD TAKE IT OFF THE TRUCK. SO I COULD NOT INSPECT THE CAR & I ALSO SIGNED IN THE SPOT WHERE THE DRIVER IS SUPPOSED TO. GREG THE OWNER SAID I SIGNED THE BILL OF LADING WHICH WAS NOT WHERE MY NAME WAS SUPPOSED TO BE & WHEN I SAW THE CAR IN DAYLIGHT I NOTICED THE DAMAGE GREG POINTED OUT SCRATCHES HERE & THERE IT I WASN,T DISBUTING. I CONTACTED HIM 4 TIMES WITH ONE RESPONSE. GREG IS A CROOKED & HIS COMPANY HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

This claim was made almost a year ago in November of 2007. This customer made a claim regarding damages to the roof of her car, however, we have proof that at the time of delivery my driver had already marked that same exact damage before transport. this means that the damage was already existing prior to our transport. Carol Rice made claim to the BBB about this problem and after we showed proof to the BBB she was rejected, therefore, now she wants to make sure to make more claims for something we didn't do.
