Manuel we would like for you to take into consideration a better choice of words because fraudulent companies sir do not give you your money back or attempt to see your perspective as to gain common ground....our fulfillment rep has spoken to you sir on 6 different occasions because we do care even sharing with us she had a good conversation a rational conversation where we relayed and shared the variables your route had. We credited and issued a FULL refund of the $100 and in addition to that we offered you 1 free shipment sir which you agreed to take. Most companies once they refund you they do not dare offer any more services to you especially if the individual is placing these types of unfair comments online. Some would consider this slander even as clearly this is not who we are sir. We feel we deserve better and we NEVER blocked your number Emmanuel. You have the rep's direct line who will deal exclusively with you as your assigned logistics rep so when you are ready to redeem the special promo we offered we welcome you with open arms so you can see for yourself this is the exception and not the rule. I always say judge others as we would judge ourselves even the golden rule and since I am certainly not perfect and perfection does not exist I tend to cut other humans a break more often then not.
