I highly recommend A Plus Auto Carriers. I called the number on the website after going through some of the reviews. I was transporting my car from Florida to San Jose. Anthony was very professional over the phone and told me he'd let me know once he found a transport truck coming this way. He called back within a day after locating a truck. The truck was there on the day and time specified. The truck driver, Jose, was very good as well. Anthony gave me Jose's (truck driver) cell number. I called Jose several times over the 8-days he took to come and I found him to be very communicative and kept me informed where he was. When he arrived in San Jose I was tied up in a meeting. Jose patiently waited for me and was very professional and courteous. I even offered to pay for his dinner - but he waited and said customer came first. Never seen this kind of stuff. Overall I was extremely pleased with my experience - both Anthony and Jose get A++ grade.

NOTE: I initially called a company that is located in NY. They were very nice until they made me sign papers and fax back and then the tone changed. When someone asks for papers to be signed before sending the truck - just disconnect the phone. After they got the fax they would not answer phones or return my messages. They even had cancellation charges if I backed out before 10 days which I refused to pay of course. I finally got the person on the phone on the 10th day and he had not even located the truck and he was upset at me. He also had small print which said that I had to send cancellation notice by certified mail! Watch for this kind of stuff.

Save yourself trouble - just go with Anthony! Thanks Anthony!
