You have got to be kidding me! How do they keep their license

These people FRAUDULENTLY debited my account 2 days AFTER i cancelled the order. I cancelled the order 3 hours after I placed it. I called them as soon as I discovered the transaction and asked that they issue a credit. I had no idea that this company was crooked. I was treated as though I HAD COMMITTED THE CRIME. The rude guy told me that the request for refund would have to go to their "refund department" and that it would take "a few days." I work retail and I know that it takes exactly two minutes for a credit card transaction to go through. Either sale or refund. Who is this guy trying to kid? And what is his problem? I contacted them on 02/08/07 and asked for the status on my refund and he hung told me to stop "harassing" him and that every day I called him was another day that he would not put my refund through. Oooh. He's a tough guy. Then he told me he wasn't giving me credit at all and he hung up on me.

He is in for a rude awakening himself. I work for a golf course that is owned by a lawyer and I am his personal secretary. I have VISA on the case and the Better Business Bureau and the Fair Business Association and the Attorney General of the State of New York and in about 2 minutes, I am going to US DOT and NY DOT. And I am going armed with the complaints posted on this website. So hey, rude guy, if you are / can read this, I only sound 12, and my hair is only blonde to the roots. And like I said before, issuing a credit really isn't rocket science. Apparently, defrauding innocent people out of their money isn't either if you're smart enough to do it.
Oh, yeah. I hate being hung up on.
