Very Dishonest and Rude. Beware

I've placed an order with A Eastern Connection on nov 22 with a drop off date around Dec.8th. It's Dec 4th and my car has not been picked up yet. I spoke to a woman name Lora who assured me that my car will be there by Dec 8th. I understand that things come up where there may be a delay or so forth, but at no point did anyone call me about a delay or just an update about the situation. However, my credit card was charged for the full amount (950) even though this woman name lora told me that i would pay 475 as a deposit then 475 when i pick up the car. The next day, i noticed on my account that there were 2 charges for 475. I called this Lora back asking her to explain this and she gave me a bogus claim that this was a discounted price and that the whole thing needed to be charged. If that was the case, 1, why did you tell ne i could break it for 2 payments and second, at no point did i ever authorize a second payment to my credit card. At this point, i ask to speak to management where i was connected to a John (which i highly doubt is his name) who is the operations manager there, supposingly. after explaining to him my fustration with the situation, he hung up on me told me to seek a lawyer. unfortunally, at this point i will have to rent a car, and loose 250 dollars for a cancellation, since i do not trust this company to move my car. At no point was i ever given an apology. Bottom line is if you have another choice don't use A Eastern Connections. They've lied, stole, and was down right rude. They say Customer Service is Dead, but this was just hell. Beware
