This company took my money immedietely however when they didnt show to pick up my car within 2 weeks of the promised date I canceled the service. I followed what was stated in the contract in terms of cancelation and was told upon cancelation that a check for $800 would be sent. THIS WAS AUGUST OF 2008. I have called every week and actually have been told that the check is on its way or the person in refunds will call me back. NEVER have I received a call back. Maugarite even promised to fax me a copy of the check she was putting in the mail...of course nothing was sent. They are a bunch of liars and if you use this company you will get nothing. This type of business is shameful. I hope everyone of these people knows what goes around comes around.
