PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A FAKE COMPANY SETUP TO RIP OFF CONSUMERS....................

My son brought his very first antique car, he was so proud because he paid for it himself and found what he thought was a reputalbe carrier to bring the car from L.A. to Tx for a resonalbe rate.

Well we were lied to constantly and then bullied when we would call the company and ask when the car was going to be picked up. They finally had a local tow company to pick it up from the seller and store it at a storage yard for almost a month and a half. The guy charged them $625.00 that they agree to pay to him and never did. So the tow company called us because he had to get it off his yard, therefore he was going to take it to auction to sell in 10 days from the date he wrote us the letter. We ended up paying the man over $580.00 to get the car back and save it from being sold.

We call Eastern connection at least 30 times and got nothing but lies and thugs answering the phone, threating to never deliver the car. I also learn that if you pay for the expense with you bank credit/debt car you have no recourse it's like paying for something is cash(FYI). wont to that again. It is now October gas prices have fallen so we are looking again and I am afraid to trusts the people, it not like you have a car transported every week. So who do you trust! If anyone has any suggestion please email me, I would appreciate a little honesty and integrity in a company.

Please I beg anyone who is looking for a transport company to do their homework on these companies their are some ruthless thugs out there who can leave a terrible experience in your life, for nothing.

EASTERN CONNECTION IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF AND WE HAVE FILE OBTAIN AND ATTORNEY, AND FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE.
