They took money out of account same day as we called to schedule. Wife called to complain about this and was called the b word. We called the bank to cancel transaction but realized that giving this information was giving approval to this company to take our money. We decided to take a chance.

Very nervous the whole time. Website has section for checking on car. We called number and only info they provided was "Driver will call 24 hours before delivery" When asked about the website info, employee slammed the phone down. (Same man every time. Must be owner or owner does not know about his rudeness.)

Car sat in receiving terminal for five days (only 30 minutes from my office) but could not pick up because there was a COD. We explained that it was already paid. I called A-Eastern and was told it was taken care of. When I asked what it meant, he said it again. I asked to speak with accounting and get details, the same guy again slammed the phone.

I have shipped cars four times and this is the first time I had this experience. Terrible customer service. I wish I had seen this site before we contacted A-Eastern.
