This is by far the WORST company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. First they were supposed to pick the car up on May 1st and they didn't. Well, I had to move so I was forced to leave the car in the neighbors yard. It took two weeks before anyone picked it up from the neighbors yard and when they did, they simply drove it 20 miles to a storage lot.
There it sat, day after day while I called and called and was given excuse after excuse, lie after lie.
Finally, I threatened to report them to the BBB and the New York State Attorneys Office if they didn't do their job and deliver the car. Soon after that I received three phone calls with a man refusing to identify himself SCREAMING at me claiming he had been in business for years, etc...
He said he would refund the money, but I have yet to see a refund and I now have to deal with the owner of the storage lot and arrange for a reputable company to pick it up and deliver it.
The man who screamed at me on the phone also threatened to charge me $50 a day for storage of the car, but I called the storage lot and the man there was not the same man who works for A Eastern Connection, and this man was nice and said he doesn't do business that way.
The storage lot isn't owned by A Eastern Connection, so I don't know how that idiot who screamed at me expects to get any more money from me...?
DO NOT USE THESE JERKS! They are scumbags who will steal your money and try to threaten you.
