The absolute worst !! The gave us an estimate time with in 3 days of pick-up and after 3 days of the given date, told us it would be the following week. I asked for a refund and recieved nothing but ange and pure profanities. They acted like hoodlum wannabees. When I told then I was going to chargeback my credit card the manager told me to go F my mother, and that they already charged it and it was a done deal. NEVER USE THESE GUYS !!! If I was a woman, I might have felt threatened or intimidated. PURE SCUM !!! My Credit card compnay issued me a full credit after 30 days. I had to warn the seller not to release the vehicle ... if they ever showed up. They never did ....... Thank goodness.
