This company is a total disgrace. I told Pete the Dispatcher that my husband needed his car immediately in Arkansas, since he had been out of work in FL for 9 mos. and had gotten a temp. job in AR and car rentals were expensive. He promised me 3/4 days total with pick-up and delivery. They took my check on 8/10 and my car was picked up on 8/13 and dumped in a "terminal" flithy lot in Hollywood, FL. Everytime I called I was called a liar that they never gave me a date of delivery, kept promising new dates and wouldn't tell me where my car was. I finally called the driver that picked up my car and he told me that it was at ATM in Hollywood, FL. I called there and they told me that they had a very poor track record with A Blue Knight and that they probably never would pick my car up. Another carrier checked for me and they told me my name was "off the Board". After hearing that I asked for my car from ATM and they advised me that since A Blue Knight never paid them, I had to pay $24 a day storage. I had to go and was terrified of the man with $330 cash to get my hostaged car. I had to call the cops and they told me that it was a civil matter and if I wanted my car I had to pay. I got them down to $300 and got my car and as I left I saw the cop shaking the terminal guys had and I bet the cop got paid off for siding with him. We are out now over $2,000 between A Blue Knight, ATM, shipping the extra key FEDEX back to me and car rentals going into 3 weeks now. I have reported both companies to the Attorney General Offices both in Florida and Nassau County and will not give up until these creeps are in jail. Next I'm contacting the Senator's Office, the Better Business Bureau and A Blue Knights phoney company that I paid the check to (Soundview Connection's) attorney. How could they do this to a family that had enough hardship this past year. THEY WILL PAY!!!!!!
