Don't Pay Up Front!

Our van was supposed to be picked up June 4-5..... finally on July 9th it was. My "beef" with this company is that they never returned phone calls from us and did not keep us informed about when our van would be picked up. We had to call them everyday and were lied to many times. After doing research on them via the internet I learned that even if they do give someone a partial refund their checks bounce! Once this company turned our van over to a carrier we received good customer service, the driver called and let us know where he was and really kept us informed about when he would deliever. After more research on the internet I discovered that almost all other carriers require $250.00 down and the balance when your vehicle is delivered. Sure wish that we would have done more research before we hired these guys. Remember, don't pay up front, because you may have to hire another company to pick your vehicle up... check the reviews at different web sites. Some carriers even have a 3 day guarantee for pick up. Who needs more stress in life!
