Moved a car from NY to GA in June 2021. Was quoted $797. Michael V. said to pay $250 on credit card to initiate and give the balance to the driver, in cash, upon delivery. I was prepared to give the driver $547 cash. He insisted that the balance due was $797, which we gave him to release our car to us. Called and emailed Michael numerous times and he never responded. I did not leave a message as to why I was calling, so he did not know that I was going to complain, but I suppose he assumed that. Very poor customer communication and deceiving quote for the move. Do not recommend this company at all.
