Worked with Michael Vincent for an open transport from PA to WA with a Quote agreed to of $1,150.00 including $225.00 paid directly to this broker. Vehicle was picked up in a timely manner although upon delivery the trucker insisted on an additional $100.00 beyond the quoted amount! Followed up with Michael whom would take no responsibility for the difference other than to offer a $75.00 gas card. It's not a huge difference although I have shipped many vehicles over the years and this is the first time I have been jacked around and all things considered it put a negative on an otherwise positive experience. Use American Logistics if you are not a stickler and like getting jacked around a little!
