Quoted one price but then I had to pay more

After reading all the reviews, I thought people were exaggerating and I still decided to go with this company. I asked Mike Vesey to give me a fixed price (knowing through the reviews that the quoted amount tends to change) and he assured me that I would not pay more than $697. He mentioned: "The cost only changes if you have a Non running car , in a very rural area or oversized unit . We have been on this route over 18 years and we can lock in at this rate." I gave him a deposit for $225 and he gave me a contract, which did not mention the quoted price. I was expecting to pay $472 when the car was dropped off but the truck driver told me that I had to pay $600. The explanation that I got for the price change from Mike Vessey was that "there were tolls we could not get waived." My advice for people in need of auto shipping is to try to get in touch with the drivers directly and avoid the middlemen.
