The transport of my car was oodles faster than I'd expected. I anticipated a couple weeks between ordering the transport and actually getting one, but the car got picked up in three days!
I'd also been estimated over a week for transport, but again, the car arrived in three days!
I couldn't be happier with the communication and service I received from Across USA Auto Transport. Corey was very helpful over the phone and kept me up to date with everything via email. Chris the driver was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He had my car across the country in a very short time and had no trouble with the transport. He kept in touch via telephone a day in advance to let me know when he expected to arrive.
The car arrived in exactly the same shape as it left. I have zero complaints with this, and won't hesitate to call Across USA Auto Transport when it's time to ship another vehicle. My piece of mind was well worth the extra money for enclosed transport. Highly recommended.
