I was nervous about the process of moving my vehicle because of bad reviews- we chose A Across USA Auto transport becuase of their BBB ratings and I liked that they were locally owned and operated. We were very pleased with the service and have already receommended them to co-workers. The driver was very nice. Communication was open. Our car was picked up the date we scheduled and dropped off in record time. It takes patience to wait for the car to get dispatched and then for the driver to call- but I worried for no reason at all. Everything went better than I expected.
