Damage to Envoy

Hi,

When the Envoy was delivered in MA the following damage was dicovered;
the oil Pressure guage on the dash was not operational,
and the radio speakers were going on/off - finally not working at all.

The dash cluster which contains the oil pressure guage needs to be replaced.
Also the radio speakers need to be fixed, not sure what is wrong at this time
or the costs.

Hopefully, I will know the cost this week, or next. Snow in New England is not
helping and our holiday schedule presented problems of not getting back to
you sooner.

The car was picked up and delivered as agreed upon and all was well,
until the damage was discovered in MA. My son Noticed the speakers
not working and when I picked up the car, I noticed the oil gauge was
not operational. Stop in at a gas station and checked engine oil, it was
full.

The oil gage and the speakers were operational when the Envoy was
picked up in FL.

I called Mr.Field and explained to him that any damage claim has to be with the carrier and must be noted at delivery. This vehicle was delivered over a month ago and this is the first notice of damage that was received. I gave him the carriers name and phone number, but I doublt that anything can be done at this late a date. He also indicated that we compensated him for the review. This is not true.
