Worst customer service ever

To keep things short, have used this company in the past (multiple times). My experience in the past was OKAY but not great. My contact person was always Ryan. I have had special circumstances in the past, where I needed the car delivered before a certain date and was unimpressed by the lack of formality in the responses. This time when I thought of using the company to transport my car, I was so turned off by the same informality and lack of respect in the email responses by Ryan that I decided to look for another carrier. After some hesitation and help from my boyfriend, I decided to go with this company again just because I was running out of time. But after the last conversation that I had with Ryan, I cancelled my order and will never again use this unprofessional, disrespectful company.

Our email conversation:

"Ryan, The pick up date is scheduled for to be picked up 2 weeks from today and I still have not received any verification of a dispatcher to pick up the car. Please keep me updated on what is going on with the transport of my car or if I will need to find another transporter. -C"

"The driver won't confirm your pick up date until it gets closer to your pick up window."

"Two weeks is very close to the pick up window. That is the minimum amount of time I would have to book another transporter. If the pick up date has not been set by now, it's cutting it a little close."

"These drivers don't no where they are going to be 3 days from now. How are they going to confirm your pick up window when it's 2 weeks away"

BTW: it states on the confirmation order "Try to give at least 2 weeks advance notice for pickup. (The more notice we have the easier it will be to schedule a spot for your vehicle.)"

I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for good customer service or who wants to feel appreciated for their business (being sent template responses of orders/quotes does not count as good customer service)

If this customers past experience was not so great, why did she use us again? Most orders do not get scheduled until a week or less before their first available date. In the past she had been scheduled well before her pickup date which is unusual. Her car was not ready until 10/27 and she cancelled on 10/13. Her deposit was refunded immediately. If we had known that she needed it scheduled 2 weeks ahead of time we certainly could have accommodated her. However this was never indicated on her order. I have no idea why she wants to ruin our company's reputation. If anyone would like the details please call 800-243-0066 and ask for Jack.
