This was my first time shipping. These guys were $5 above the lowest of the many bids I received, over $100 below the highest. Their BBB rating meant a lot to me. They picked up my car within a week of my order being placed.
A problem developed with the car on the trip and it would not start, blocking the way of another car that needed to get off in Denver. Maurice, the driver, called me and we discussed it. He dropped the car off at a shop in Denver, and still delivered the car on time, less than a week from pickup.
I always judge a company by how they deal with problems that arise, that's where you separate the good from the bad and ugly. These guys were great, I c not have asked for more. I would use them again for sure.
